We are looking for quotes for Teacher use desktops. Here are our requirements:
- Windows 11 pro
- Intel Processor
- Minimum of 16 GB ram
- Minimum 250 GB hard drive
- Multiple Display ports
- Enrolled in Intune Tenant for Autopilot provisioning
Anticipated Need:
- 100 total devices
- Delivered to 5 locations
- 30 - Alvirne High School
- 30 - Hudson Middle School
- 10 - Hills Garrison Elementary School
- 10 - Nottingham West Elementary School
- 20 - SAU office
- Delivery as close to July 1 as possible
- Invoice on or after July 1
If there is a price break for earlier purchases, to avoid tariffs, please note this as well.

- Enrolled in Intune Tenant with Location Tag for Autopilot configuration
Anticipated Need:
- 830 total devices
- Delivered to 5 locations
- 250 - Alvirne High School
- 250 - Hudson Middle School
- 125 - Hills Garrison Elementary School
- 125 - Nottingham West Elementary School
- 80 - SAU office
- Delivery as close to July 1 as possible
- Invoice on or after July 1
As a point of comparison, our current fleet of laptops includes Dell 3190 2-in-1, Dell 3120 2-in1 and Lenovo 300e.

The Hudson School District, SAU81 is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide integrated financial and Human Resources software solutions to support the district’s:
• Financial operations and applications including accounting, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, asset management, and integration of the NH Financial Accounting Handbook for Local Education Agencies.
• Human Resources applications including employee records, personnel management, absence, and time management, and reporting.
• The selected solution should enhance efficiency, and effective data management, ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, and provide user-friendly functionality for staff.
