School Board

The Hudson School Board is composed of five members elected by local residents to serve three-year terms. 

The key responsibilities of the board are to:

  • Set and establish policy
  • Set and establish the budget and provide budget oversight
  • Hire and evaluate the superintendent
  • Conduct various hearings
  • Collective bargaining
  • Communicate with the public
  • Strategic planning

The board encourages and appreciates public comment.

School Board Meetings

Meetings are typically twice a month on the first and third Monday of the month. These days can be adjusted based on holidays and school breaks. Board meetings are posted on the board calendar.

The board agenda and supporting documents are posted in advance of the meeting and can be found under “Agendas & Minutes.”

Board meetings are broadcast live on Hudson Community Television and recorded.
