Graduation 7:00pm @ SNHU Arena, Manchester, students arrive @ 5:30 pm
Doors open to public @ 6:00 pm

Graduation will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2024 (tentative)

Location: SNHU Arena, Manchester NH

Time: 7:00pm

  • Graduation will be at the SNHU Arena at 555 Elm Street in Manchester.  The ceremony will begin promptly at 7:00.  If you are not there and in the arena by 7:00, you will miss the processional.  The ceremony will last about one hour and forty-five minutes.  Guests should enter at the Elm Street entrance.

  • The seniors must be at the arena by 6:00 and enter through the employee entrance at the right-hand side of the building as you look at the Arena from the main entrance.

  • There are no tickets needed and you can bring as many people as you would like.

  • Graduation caps can be decorated, but only flat on the top.  Nothing should extend up in the air to distract the view of the student behind you.

  • Doors open for seating at 6:00.  I would ask your graduate which side they are sitting on so you can get the best view.

  • There is a parking garage and other event lots that will charge a fee for you to park around the arena area.

  • There are some rules the Arena would like you to follow:

  • There is no smoking in the arena.

  • Seating is not assigned; first come first seated.

  • You will be able to see your student receive their diploma on the “JUMBOTRON.”

  • Local access television will film graduation and it will air on HCTV (tentative).

  • There are no balloons or air horns allowed in the arena.

  • The arena will not be allowing backpacks and large bags into the arena during events.

  • No outside food or drink are allowed in the arena; the concession stands will not be open. There are vending machines in the arena that you can access.

  • The audience cannot enter the floor area past the hockey boards.

  • You can meet your graduate and their classmates in the front of the building to celebrate together after the ceremony.

  • Alvirne High School prohibits beach balls and other items thrown during the ceremony.  This will take away from the moment that the graduate or speaker has earned.  Please respect their accomplishments by refraining from this kind of activity.

  • Geskus Photographer’s will be at the ceremony to take pictures of graduates as they get their diploma.  Geskus will be sending you information on how to purchase the photo packages.
