On April 13, Library Street School held a ceremony to celebrate the installation of a “Buddy Bench” at the school. The Hudson Lions Club and Alvirne High School Leos worked together to collect plastic to make the Trex-style bench for the students to enjoy.
The Strategic Plan Committee recently completed the new strategic plan for the Hudson School District, and it is now posted on the district website. The document will serve as a guide for families, students, staff, and community members through 2030, and will be frequently reviewed each year. The plan in its entirety can be found on the district website at sau81.org/about/strategicplan.
Members of the committee and Superintendent Moulis recently appeared on HCTV to discuss the plan and its goals. The full video can be found here.
Over 70 businesses and training providers were in attendance on Thursday, April 16, for the fifth annual Southern New Hampshire & Alvirne High School Career & Job Training Apprenticeship Expo in the Alvirne High School Gymnasium. The event lasted all morning and allowed area students to explore future career opportunities with representatives from various fields.
Alvirne Class Act and the Music Department are proud to present "Into the Woods" for the public coming up May 15-17. There will be a total of four performances throughout the weekend, including the following show times:
May 15th at 6:30 pm
May 16th at 1 and 6:30 pm
May 17th at 1 pm
