In the final days before the holiday break, the Alvirne Students of Faith Club visited the Gateways Adult Care Center at the Palmer Center to sing for those in attendance. The students also took song requests and shared some desserts with their fans afterwards.
This has become an annual tradition at Gateways, which is a licensed adult day care facility that is located near the main entrance at the Palme Center.
The Alvirne Class of 2026 took part in the school's annual Senior Capstone project throughout the fall. Students presented their final work last week to their teachers and classmates, then showed off their projects to the public on January 9 at Capstone Night.
The Alvirne National Honor Society and Alvirne JROTC are sponsoring the fourth annual Nate Morin Memorial Blood Drive on Tuesday, February 17. The event will take place from 2:00-6:30 pm in the JROTC room at The Palmer Center at Alvirne High School.
Anyone interested in giving blood can schedule a time by going to redcrossblood.org and typing in "Broncos" into the search bar.
For the safety of Alvirne staff and students, donors may not enter the school until school is dismissed at 2:10.
You're invited to the Palmer CTE Center Open House at Alvirne High School!
Join us on January 28th from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM to explore exciting career and technical education opportunities. Students and parents from Hudson are welcome to tour the facilities, meet teachers, and learn more about the programs available to you at Alvirne.
