On June 13 at SNHU Arena in Manchester, Alvirne High School held its 74th annual Commencement Ceremony to honor its graduating students. Over 240 students became graduates of Alvirne and represented academic excellence, high honors, and honors, with many students receiving cords for programs completed.
A passion for music that developed early on during his time at Nottingham West Elementary School has developed into a career for Alvirne alumnus Kyle Lambert. Hills Garrison completed the unveiling of their ceramic tile project in early June. Over the spring, students and staff designed and painted their own tiles with the help of the school’s artist in residence, Ms. Thibeault. The completed project can be found throughout the halls of the school and will remain for years to come.
Alvirne Honors Retirees with End of Year Celebration
Alvirne faculty and staff gathered to celebrate their retirees during the final week of the school year. Included in the group were:

Mrs. Thibeault - 29 years
Ms. Ware- 40 years
Ms. Bonney - 40 years
Mrs. Beaudry (missing from picture) -16 years
Palmer Center Welding Students Work on NASA Exhibit
Welding students at the Palmer Center at Alvirne have been hard at work the past few weeks creating the NASA exhibit that will be added for the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center in Concord. The project is set to be completed later this summer.
