Dear Hudson Community and Staff,
I understand there have been some questions in the past few weeks pertaining to changes at the Superintendent and senior leadership level within the Hudson School District. I would like to put everyone at ease and confirm that I will be remaining as superintendent here in Hudson, and there are no other potential changes to the district’s senior leadership.
Due to personal and family circumstances, I did apply for another superintendent position in a different district, and I recognize that this public process caused some worry among my colleagues here in Hudson and the school community.
After a conversation with the Hudson School Board, and a long discussion with my family, we have decided that the best place for me to be is to remain in Hudson. I want to reassure all staff and the community that I am not seeking to apply for any other position. I am very proud of what we have been able to accomplish during my tenure here, and I want to remain in Hudson for a long time. I am happy with the group that we have been able to put together to support our students, faculty, and staff. We share a common goal of providing the best education for the students.
I want to reiterate, along with our district senior leadership team, that we are committed to staying in Hudson and continuing to serve our community. We are making great progress in many areas, and I look forward to our continued work together in the future.
Thank you for your understanding,
Dan Moulis, Superintendent
