As the school year closes, there have been many end-of-year school events, student recognitions, and celebrations. Last Thursday was Alvirne's graduation, recognizing students' high school graduation. At the end of the school year, there were specific school events: the kindergarten turn the corner ceremony, grade 5 students visiting the middle school, and grade 8 class day. At each transition in school, students continue the progression in their educational journey. The school district is fortunate to have the continued partnership with families, the community, and organizations, all of which support the mission of "achieving excellence together."
I want to wish students, staff, families, and the community an enjoyable and safe summer vacation.
Dan Moulis, Superintendent
