Families of incoming first through sixth graders,
We are excited to announce that Xploration Summer STEM Camps are returning this summer! The camp fosters enrichment that inspires kids to design, create, and problem-solve using their critical thinking skills and teamwork. Each day will be filled with fun, hands-on learning, and creative free time.
Camps will run July 13-16 (incoming grades 1 + 2), July 20-23 (incoming grades 3 + 4), and July 27-30 (incoming grades 5 + 6). The camps will take place at Nottingham West Elementary School and are open to students who reside in Hudson. Each week costs $125 per student, and slots fill up quickly!
Registration is scheduled to open in mid-May. Also, make sure to keep an eye out for more information in upcoming newsletters.
If you have any questions, please contact Jennifer St. Onge at jstonge@sau81.org.

The State Accountability Task Force is holding public listening sessions to hear your feedback on a developing state accountability system. Per RSA 193:E, the State Accountability Task Force was formed to develop proposals for a new Performance-Based Accountability System (PBAS), which will examine whether schools are providing the opportunity for an adequate education. At the public listening sessions (details below), representatives from the Task Force and the New Hampshire Department of Education will share their recommendations thus far and solicit feedback from attendees. The sessions are open to the public.
This is an important opportunity to ensure that your voices are heard in the development of a new state accountability system. We encourage you to attend and share the opportunity with others who may be interested.
