Cabaret is set to return to Alvirne High School with its Diamond Jubilee performance! Shows will be on March 21 at 1 and 6 pm, then again on March 22 at 1 pm. Hudson Families,
Please note that effective March 23 (this coming Monday), meal prices for breakfast and lunch will see an increase. The cost of breakfast at all schools will increase by $0.25, which will adjust the meal costs to the following:
Elementary breakfast: $2.00
Middle School breakfast: $2.00
High School breakfast: $2.50
The cost for lunch will also increase by $0.35 on that same date, which will adjust prices to the following:
Elementary lunch: $3.20
Middle school lunch: $3.30
High School lunch: $3.70
Thank you for your understanding as we continue to provide quality and cost-effective meals for our students.

Alvirne National Honor Society's annual Putting for Patients event will take place on Friday, March 27, from 4-7 pm at the school cafeteria. The event is held to benefit the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and is done in honor of Alvirne graduates Monique Braccio and Tyler Blanchette, who both passed away after hard-fought battles with cancer.

Hudson Memorial School and the Hudson Police Department have partnered to offer an internet safety night for families. The new date will be March 31 at 6:30 pm at the HMS Library.

Parents and students in grades 4-12 have free, 24/7 access to online tutoring and test prep through Tutor.com, part of a statewide partnership between the New Hampshire Department of Education and the service. The resource offers extensive support for various subjects and includes specialized SAT and ACT test preparation, which provides self-paced courses, practice tests, and one-on-one tutoring. Additionally, students can use the platform for on-demand homework help, drop-off essay reviews, and access other valuable academic tools.
Access to Tutor.com is available directly through students’ Backpack, making it easy to get help whenever it is needed.

Members of the United States Navy Band Northeast were at Hudson Memorial School on Thursday afternoon to perform for the students. The group also stayed after school to give clinics to members of the HMS Jazz Band and Woodwind Choir.

The Alvirne Trustees were recently honored by the New Hampshire School Administrators Association as the 2026 South Central Champion for Children award winners. A full write-up on the Trustees and the award can be found on the district website.

The Palmer Center at Alvirne played host to SkillsUSA individual welding competitions on Thursday. Staff advisors and industry partners helped put together the event for the competitors involved.
