Families and guardians,
Please be on the lookout, as the iReady Family Report is being sent home by your child’s teacher at the end of this week for grades K-8. The report reflects the three assessments they took over the course of the school year in both reading and math. Your student’s teachers have been using this data to inform their instruction to make sure they’re giving your student the support they need. It will also help next year’s teachers understand where each student is in their learning journey.
For more information on how to track the progress made by your student, tips to help them prepare for the i-Ready, and how to understand your student’s results, please visit the iReady section of the district website here. An informational video on understanding the diagnostic data can also be accessed here.
If you have any further questions, you can reach out to your building principal, or the district’s Curriculum Coordinator, Amy White, at awhite@sau81.org.
