Dear Hudson Families, Faculty, Students and Community -
There will be no school on Tuesday, September 13 due to voting for the NH State Primary.
Hudson now has two voting locations and we had planned to hold voting in a separate area at Alvirne High School. Unfortunately, rules require voting to be held in the same location each voting day. From a safety and logistics standpoint, it is not possible to hold voting and school at the same time.
We built five snow days into the school calendar, so we will use one for September 13, keeping June 19 as the tentative last day for students. This ensures the district maintains a consistent calendar for all students. (Remote for only high school students is not an option.) Year-round staff will report to work.
We apologize for the change in schedule. The district wants to ensure this information is shared promptly with families so you can make any adjustments.
Daniel Moulis
Superintendent
