Hudson School District announces Daniel Moulis as Hudson’s next Superintendent of Schools

Hudson, NH

The Hudson School Board has selected Daniel Moulis as Hudson’s next Superintendent of School, effective July 1, 2022. Dan has been the superintendent of the Barrington School District in New Hampshire since 2017. Prior to becoming superintendent, he was the Director of Operations, Curriculum & Instruction in Barrington.

Hudson School Board Chair, Gary Gasdia, said “The board is excited to welcome Dan Moulis to Hudson. Dan brings a wealth of experience as a former teacher, principal, curriculum director and superintendent.” Mr. Gasdia thanked board members Ethan Beals and Mike Campbell for leading the Superintendent Search Committee and the committee members for their time and effort. The committee of ten included board members, teachers, administrators, parents and community members.

Dr. Moulis said, “I look forward to working with the teachers, staff, administrative team, school board, families, and Hudson community to support students’ academic and career goals. In the next few months, I will be working with the Hudson School Board, Superintendent Russell and the administrative team on a plan to provide a seamless transition. Thank you for the opportunity to be your superintendent and I look forward to working with the Hudson community.”

Superintendent Lawrence Russell announced last fall that he would be moving to Florida with his family at the end of this school year.
