2-Hour Delayed Opening Schedule

Winter Remediation Continues

Winter remediation will be held on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday of this week as well as the week following winter break. Students are able to work on their remediation assignments outside of the school hours but will have to take tests in-person with their winter remediation teacher. Please encourage your student to follow through with remediation so that they remain on track for graduating with their peers.

Air Force Academy and Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Presentation

On Tues 2/18, Colonel (Ret) Kevin Grady will provide an informative presentation on the Air Force Academy and Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC). The presentation will take place in the AFJROTC classroom (WP102) during FLEX. While the presentation will focus on Air Force opportunities, many of the details are applicable to other Service Academies and ROTC programs. This presentation will also help students better understand the congressional nomination process.

Any AHS student is welcome to attend. Have your home base teacher schedule you for FLEX on Tuesday, 2/18 in WP102. You can also drop by AFJROTC, and they will schedule you.
