Family/Teacher Conferences - 10/10/2024
Family/Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday, October 10 from 2:30-5:00 and 5:30-8:00. Please schedule ten-minute, individual meetings with your student's teachers using PTC Wizard, our centralized, online scheduling program. This link will guide you through the process, but here is a quick overview:
1. Create an account OR log in using your existing account.
2. Select Add Student (you should add each of your students who attend Alvirne).
3. Select Save Changes then close.
4. Select Add/Edit meetings
5. In the top left corner, choose Teachers (If you have multiple students, you can select all of your student's teachers on this screen).
6. Choose your meeting times (If you have multiple students, you can select which student you are scheduling each meeting for).
7. When finished scheduling your meeting times, select Agenda in the top right corner to confirm your agenda.
If you need to make changes after scheduling your meeting times, select the original link. Then you can select Add/Edit Meetings to make any changes or cancel meetings.
If these meeting times don't work for you, please contact your student's teacher(s) if you have any questions or concerns about your student's progress.

iReady Results (9th and 10th Grade)
iReady diagnostic results were emailed to families on Friday, September 27. You should have received two emails; one with your student's math results, and another with your student's reading results. Included with these emails was a quick video (also linked here) to help you understand what your student's diagnostic reports mean, and how we use the results from the diagnostic.
Thank you for taking the time to review your student's diagnostic results with them while celebrating their successes and discussing their opportunities for growth. Thank you also for supporting the school community as we work together to provide an education to meet all students' needs.
