Tardy Update
Our school experienced slight improvement in students being tardy to school, we appreciate the efforts of students and families. Keep it up.
Cabaret Tickets On Sale
The Alvirne Music Department is holding Cabaret this weekend. Showtimes are Saturday, 3/16 at 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm, and Sunday, 3/17 at 1:00 pm. Tickets are on sale and can be purchased here. If you have never been to Cabaret, I highly recommend it. The musical talent of our students, combined with the decorations and the transformation of our gym, is something you can’t even imagine. Please support the music department by attending the show!
Teacher Workshop Day - Tuesday, 3/12
Tuesday, 3/12 is a teacher workshop day, so there is no school for students. Tuesday is also voting day. For more information on elections, please visit the town election page found here.
After-Hours Math Support
As a reminder, after-hours math support is being held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-7:30 pm, via Teams, throughout the month of March. Some areas of support include the following:
Students who need extra support to be successful in their math class.
Students who need homework help.
Junior students who would like help preparing for the upcoming state assessment on April 3.
Students who would like help preparing for SATs.
Families, please encourage your student(s) to attend. We are happy to provide this opportunity.
