Flex Advisory

On Friday, November 17, we will have advisory activities happening during the Flex period. Advisory activities look different depending on which teacher your student has for Flex, but the objectives are the same.

Career exploration

Study habits

Ask your students about what they did in Flex Advisory this week. You will learn about ways the teachers in the building form connections with the students outside of their content area.

Student/Family Handbook Highlight 

Report cards were posted to the portal on Thursday, 11/9. You will notice in addition to the course grade, your student’s report card shows competency grades. At the end of the marking period (semester 1 for semester classes and year 1 for year-long classes), a student will only get credit for the course if all of their competencies are an EE or ME.
