Parent/Teacher Conferences

Our annual Fall Parent/Teacher Conference will be held this year over two days, with both a virtual and live option to best meet your needs.  

REMOTE: Wednesday, October 12, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm
LIVE:  Thursday, October 13, from 2:30 to 6:00

You may choose either option OR mix and match--a few conferences live and others remote, depending on your schedule and the teachers’ availability. Schedule ten-minute, individual meetings with your child’s teachers using PTC Wizard, our centralized, online scheduling program.

Create an account OR login using your existing account.

  1. Choose to Add a Meeting.
  2. Select Parent/Teacher Conferences.
  3. Select the teachers you want to meet (check to the left of each one).
  4. Schedule an appointment time with each teacher.  
  5. Select Continue (which saves your choices).
  6. About fifteen minutes later, you will receive an email with your schedule and the Teams links (Virtual) and/or room numbers (Live).

You may make changes by hitting the original link:  Cancel any or all existing appointments and add new ones by selecting Parent/Teacher Conferences, repeating the process for the canceled meeting times.

While we had a positive experience with this format last year, we realize that this process may present some challenges with both technology and logistics.
