End of Year Approaching Quickly

The end of year is approaching quickly! With the last day of school for seniors 5 ½ weeks away, and all other students 7 weeks away, please make certain your students are in good standing by looking at their grades (and more importantly, their competencies). All courses must have an ME or EE designation in order to be considered passing the course. The closer we get to the end of the year, the more stressful it becomes for students who are not passing classes. Let’s get this taken care of sooner than later to make everyone’s end of year enjoyable!

Credit Recovery - Edgenuity

This year, we implemented a new credit recovery program, Edgenuity, to help students to recover credits previously not earned. Students can work on this program at home, in order to get it completed and to earn credit. This tool is intended to help students to learn material and to stay on track for graduation. If your student is currently working on an Edgenuity course, please check on their progress to make sure they are working towards successful completion.

AP Exams

Many students will be taking AP exams beginning on Monday, May 6. These courses are challenging and are intended to help prepare students for their post-secondary endeavors. Congratulations and best of luck to these students for nearing completion of their AP curricula and for taking these college-level exams. We are proud of you!

Welcome back from break! Enjoy the week!
