Parent/Teacher Conferences Oct. 5

Our annual Fall Parent/Teacher Conference will be held live this year on October 5, from 2:30 to 8:00 pm. Please schedule ten-minute, individual meetings with your student’s teachers using PTC Wizard, our centralized, online scheduling program. 

This link will guide you through the process, but here is a quick overview:  

PTC Wizard Parent Login

Create an account OR login using your existing account.

Select Add Student (you should add each of your students who attend Alvirne)
Select Save Changes then close
Select Add/Edit Meetings
In the top left corner, choose Teachers 

If you have multiple students, you can select all of your students’ teachers on this screen.

Choose your meeting times

If you have multiple students, you can select which student you are scheduling each meeting for.

When finished scheduling your meeting times, select Agenda in the top right corner to confirm your agenda.

You may make changes by hitting the original link. Then you can select Add/Edit Meetings to make any changes or cancel meetings. 

If these meeting times don’t work for you, please contact the teacher(s) if you have any questions or concerns about your student’s progress.
