Our PTO is a community of parents, teachers and administration whose mission is to work together with the common goal of providing an enriching and positive experience for the students in our school. Meetings are held on the first Wednesday night of the month at 6:30 pm in the school library. Everyone is welcomed and encouraged to attend. This is a great way to see what's going on, get involved in our school and meet other parents. Meetings are posted on our school calendar and on the upcoming events section of our school homepage. There are times when a meeting will move to a different night if there is a school event so always check the calendar to be sure of the date.

Get Connected With Our Nottingham West PTO
Our PTO welcomes you to connect with us and help make a difference in our school community. There are many ways to get involved, whether its volunteering on site at the school, helping with a task that can be done at home, baking for an event, etc. We value any time you are able to give.
We communicate through email during the year to share things such as minutes of our meetings, volunteer opportunities, and other special PTO related news. You can opt out of receiving emails from us at any time. By completing the form below your email address will be added to our PTO email list.
Please note that each school PTO is run by a different board. For that reason, if you have a student at more than one school and would like to be on their mailing list you will need to complete the Get Connected form for that school.
