September Update
Hard to believe we have been in school 4 weeks already! The students are doing a fantastic job of becoming learners. They know and are following the expectations in the classrooms, in the hallways, and at lunch and recess. I am so impressed with their eagerness to learn.
We began Grade 1 assessments last week and will be continuing over the next 2 weeks. First Graders will be taking the i-Ready Math and Reading assessments as well as other Math and Reading screeners. The i-Ready results will be sent home with your student in early October.
Please save October 2nd as our Back-to-School night from 6:00-7:00 PM! The children love showing off their classrooms and being your tour guides for the evening.
