Applications for free or reduced price meals are available for any
family who wish to apply. They are sent to each household at the
beginning of the school year and available year round in each of the
school nurses offices, online, and the office of the Food Service
Director.

and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide
in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a
