KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION NUMBERS

After four days of kindergarten registration, 177 students have registered for the district's new kindergarten program.  While registration will continue through the summer, the district does not expect to exceed 200 students for the first year of kindergarten.  Most parents decided to register through the district's online program prior to visiting their elementary school to complete any final arrangements.  Currently, Nottingham West School has 68 students registered, Hills Garrison has 61 registered, and Library Street School has 48 students registered for kindergarten.

On Wednesday, April 15, 2009, the Hudson School Board will hold a public meeting at the Community Development Room at 5pm to discuss current kindergarten numbers and continue with the program development process.  All decisions from that meeting will be posted on the district's website the next day.
